 Terms & Conditions – Electric Workz, LLC-  Electrical Contracting

1. Scope of Work

Electric Workz, LLC (“the Contractor”) agrees to provide electrical installation, repair, and/or maintenance services as outlined in the agreed proposal or work order. Any additional work requested by the Client/Customer outside the original scope will require a separate written or verbal agreement and may incur additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on current material costs and labor rates; adjustments may be made if material costs change significantly before work begins but will always be communicated with the Client/Customer first.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required prior to the start of a large project.
• The balance of the invoice is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at [1%] per month.

4. Access to Property

The Client/Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area during agreed working hours. Any delays caused by restricted access may result in additional charges or delay in work completion.

5. Permits & Compliance

The Contractor will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed. All work will comply with applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.

6. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and equipment provided by the manufacturer, not the Contractor, unless otherwise stated.
• Warranty is void if repairs or alterations are made by others without the Contractor’s consent.

7. Liability

The Contractor carries appropriate liability and workers’ compensation insurance. The Contractor is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden defects, or consequential damages unless caused by negligence.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least a 24 hour notice before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has begun.

9. Force Majeure

The Contractor is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania.
